I was a Special Education elementary school teacher in Taiwan.

I have a friend whom I truly admire. She makes incredibly delicious desserts. She has sort short, straight, black hair and is taller than me. She is thin and always wears contact lenses. One of the thing things I admire most about her is her hardworking nature.

Alought Although we have many differences, the biggest one is that she really loves cooking, ehile while I dislike it. Desopte Despite our contrasting interesrs interests, we've been friends for one and a half years. I admire how she embraces her love for cooking, something I don't enjoy at all.

I put my foot down with my family because when I decided to go abroad to Australia. Because They were are were worried about me. Because I never live my country so that it was my first time to go abroad by myself and at that time, there were It's a big news reports in Taiwan about some people being tricked into going to countries like Cambodia. Many Taiwanese were deceived after searching online for job opportunities, thinking they could earn more money. But once they arrived, their passports were taken, and they were forced to work doing things like scamming others over the phone to steal money.

I left my country last September. It was my first go abroad, and I took an airplane to Western Australia. I studied in a language school for four weeks and made many new friends from the other countries. While studying in language school, I lived in a homestay. My host parents had two little children. They were friendly towards me. I tried to use English to communicate with my classmates and my homestay family. At first, I was afraid to speak English because I had less speaking and listening in school. In Taiwan, our education focuses on practicing reading and speaking as much. When my host mom encouraged me to speak English, even though I spoke slowly, she listened to me with patience. Although, I made many mistakes, I found that she still understood what I wanted to express. This was important to me because I realized that language is a tool for communication. I no longer fear expressing myself.

When I arrived in Australia the first time. When I flew to WA I had to transfer in Singapore. My first job was the one in the Chinese massage. We visited an island in Western Australia. （＊is → was 過去式）

I went back to Taiwan for three weeks. I have been here / in Australia for nearly a year. I left my country a year ago.（語序問題，時間放最後） I go to work by car. My boss is from Malaysia. His personality seems old-fashioned — he always wants us to do more and more work at the same time, even when it's very busy. He's not really relaxed or considerate; he just wants to make more money and doesn't care about his staff.

Wishful thinking can be a problem if it stops you from taking action or making real plans. If you only wish for good things but don't put in the work, you might end up disappointed when nothing chabnges changes.

For examplp example, if you want to be a doctor, you can't just wish for it — you need to study, work hard, and practice. Dreaming is important, but so is taking action to make those dreams happen.

Dreaming about something is nice, but it won't help you reach your goal unless you rake action take action. If you only think about it and never do anything, your dream will remain just that — a dream.

Because if you spend too much time thinking about it, you have less time to act on it.

When I was in Taiwan, I worked in 5 different jobs, and in Australia, I worked in 3 jobs. I think my favorite jobs are being a tutor and a masseuse.

I worked as a tutor when I was in university, and I learn a lot from this job. I tried to explain things in different ways to help student understand because sometimes they didn't get it right now. If they didn't understand, I would explain it again until they did. I also communicated well with students' parents, discussing their progress and the subjects. The parents trusted me a lot.

My second job was as a masseuse. I learned a new skill from this job because I had never learned massage before, but I wanted to learn something new. That's why I went to a spa and trained for a month. Even though there were many difficulties and challenges at that time, I still overcame them. After that, I was able to communicate with customers and understand how their bodies felt or what kinds of problems they had.

My 3rd job was an all-rounder staff member in an Asian restaurant. I worked as a cashier, barista and cleaner so I had to manage my time wisely. Sometimes it got very busy in the kitchen so I would help by washing the dishes. I also learned how to cooperate well with my co-workers.

Now, I'm working as all-rounder staff at a bakery shop which is really busy because it's located near a mining site. Many workers come in for lunch or snacks and sometimes there are a lot of customers. I work in a fast-paced environment. And even when it gets crowded, I can cooperate well with my co-worker and still handle it. The most important thing I've learned from this job is how to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting.

We have a boss and a manager, and there are two departments in our company: one is the front shop, and the other is the bakery. There are five staff members working in the front shop and three staff members working in the bakery.

This company has a general president, Mark Davis, who oversees three departments. The first department is HR, led by President Daniel Salter. His staff members are responsible for recruitment. The second department is Finance, with Paul Keith as its president. The Finance department is divided into two sections: Accounts and Treasury. The Accounts team handles taxes. The last department is Marketing, led by President Albert Ceasar. The Marketing department is responsible for customer service and sales.

In all of my jobs, I'm always looking for something new to learn and ways to make my work easier or more efficient.

I want to experience different kinds of jobs to learn new skills and discover what I enjoy the most. / I'm trying out different jobs to see which one I like most.

My dream job is working from home because I can have more flexibility and save time on commuting.

I handle work under pressure by writing down the problems I face and then trying to find solutions. When I find a solution, it helps me do better and fix the issue. After work, I do something I enjoy, which helps me feel much better and relaxed.

For me, I think success is when you find something you like and do it really well, and then continue trying to improve it.
